J&J HANDS OVER ONE BRAND TO TAXI AND NEXTMEDIA

Johnson & Johnson of Montreal has given the creative portion of one of its brands to TAXI Advertising & Design of Toronto, and the media assignment to NextMedia of Toronto. J&J won't reveal the brand until TV and print advertising starts in April. NextMedia won the business late last month in a competition with Media Experts and Strategém, both of Montreal. TAXI was given its assgnment shortly before NextMedia. No one was available yesterday to say if there was a competition for the craative part of the account. Agencies handling J&J advertising in Canada include: MacLaren McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertisng, Anderson Advertising and Durnan Communications, all of Toronto.
