DEVELOPERS LOOK EAST IN CANADA
By Adnews Staff
Vancouver-based Concord Pacific Developments and Grand Adex Developments are planning to expand in Canada, and have reorganized the executive structure to link the two companies more closely. The firms are looking at properties in Toronto and Calgary. Although the two are best known in Vancouver for condominium housing, the group is ready to take on residential, commercial and industrial projects. The new marketing and property management vice-president for the companies is Henry Man. Most recently he was an independent adviser on corporate finance and merger/acquisition activities. Concord is mainly owned by Li Kashing and the Hui and Lin families of Hong Kong. Grand Adex is owned by Terry Hui and Li's son Victor.
