
RBC begins You Deserve campaign

RBC has begun a new campaign called “You Deserve.” Developed by Battery, the campaign depicts the bank as a source of “trusted, human advice.” The effort promotes the bank’s Personal Banking OneRetail service. It includes a 60-second commercial featuring comedian Will Arnett visiting an RBC location. The campaign consists of broadcast, connected television, online video and streaming audio advertising.
“For this campaign, we heavily focused on humanity and authenticity, bringing these elements back into the conversation around banking,” said Phil Khosid, chief creative officer at Battery. “By pairing a relatable voice like Will Arnett with a clear, strong message, ‘You Deserve’ aims to reconnect Canadians with RBC on a deeper level.”
