Blue Ant completes reverse takeover

Blue Ant Media of Toronto has completed the reverse takeover transaction begun in March that will make the company publicly traded in August. Through this transaction, Boat Rocker Media of Toronto acquired all outstanding shares of Blue Ant, after which the company was renamed Blue Ant Media Corp. The former Blue Ant shareholders own a controlling interest in the new entity, while the former Boat Rocker shareholders own the remainder.

The new board of directors of Blue Ant consists of Brad Martin, Michael MacMillan, Robb Chase, Richard Wernham, Phyllis Yaffe, Kent Sobey, Lisa Knutson, Kevin Johnson, Lisa Hsia, Kathryn Houlden and Ellis Jacob. Michael MacMillan has been appointed chief executive officer, while Robb Chase has been appointed chief financial cfficer.
