Metropolitan Fine Printers begins Print is Powerful campaign

Metropolitan Fine Printers of Vancouver has begun a new marketing campaign intended to illustrate the versatility of print as a medium. The campaign, called “Print is Powerful,” was developed by Will of Vancouver. It includes an online video that presents a range of printed works. The video will be supported with digital advertising and a direct mail piece aimed at existing and prospective clients. The piece consists of a book of “interactive print experiences” including coasters, cross stitch, tea bags and tattoos. The campaign coincides with a redesign of the company’s website and overall brand update. It will run for three months in Alberta and BC before expanding into other regions.

“When challenged to create a highly digital campaign around the subject of print, we felt it was important to showcase the level of skill, craft and innovation MET is known for by designing every piece for the production hand-in-hand with them.” said Lisa Lebedovich, creative director at Will. “The campaign itself is a testament to their collaborative spirit as we were often switching roles between client and supplier.”
