Stellar Outdoor joins COMMB

Stellar Outdoor Advertising of Toronto has joined the Canadian Out of Home Marketing and Measurement Bureau. COMMB will now measure and report audiences for the company’s posters and 900 billboards located in Ontario and Saskatchewan.
“Stellar joined COMMB to deepen our understanding of technology solutions for billboard measurement and to provide our customers with much needed data to support their out-of-home advertising investment,” said Sara Dunkley, president of Stellar Outdoor.
