
Scotiabank debuts Bank Your Way initiative

Scotiabank of Toronto has launched a new collection of online content called “Bank Your Way” aimed primarily at senior consumers. The information is intended to guide consumers through the services available though digital banking such as checking a balance or account history, paying bills, transferring money, investing and using the bank’s mobile application. It’s debut is timed to coincide with Senior’s Month and to provide assistance to consumers most at risk from COVID-19. The service is located at <https://www.scotiabank.com/bankyourway> in English and French.
“Scotiabank recognizes the role communities play in keeping our seniors healthy and engaged, so we're taking extra effort to support them through our COVID-19 response actions,” said Dan Rees, group head of Canadian banking at Scotiabank. “We've launched ‘Bank Your Way’ as an additional way to support seniors, and all our customers, become more comfortable with banking without having to leave home.”
