Bell Media promotes two

Bell Media of Montreal has promoted Karine Moses to the position of vice-president of Bell Media Sales for Quebec. She also remains president of the company's Astral Out of Home subsidiary. She will head television, radio, out-of-home and digital sales operations for all Bell Media properties in Quebec. Moses became president of Astral Out of Home in 2016. Prior to that, she was vice-president of field operations support at Bell and vice-president of Bell Technical Solutions.
Debbie Drutz has been promoted to the position of vice-president of sales at Astral Out of Home. She will oversee national and local sales for the subsidiary. Drutz was most recently vice-president of client strategy at Bell Media Sales. She was also vice-president of Bell Media Mix.
