Clover Leaf retains Tag

Clover Leaf Seafoods recently retained Toronto-based Tag to develop two consumer advertising campaigns for 2017. The campaigns are intended to encourage consumer trial and purchase of the company's products.

The first initiative, called "Snack Like a Pro," will begin this month. It will focus on the convenience and nutrition of Clover Leaf's tuna snacks. It will consists of in-store materials, product demonstrations, print advertising and online video pre-roll ads.

The second campaign, called "All Natural," will focus on the natural ingredients and health benefits of Clover Leaf's tuna products.

"The entire Tag team delighted us with unique, creative ideas, turning them into stories that reflect Clover Leaf's heritage and personality," said Lorna Buchanan, vice-president of marketing at Clover Leaf. "Tag quickly grasped our category, brand and business, and we are thrilled with the results."
