New president at Bell Media Quebec

Bell Media has promoted Karine Moses to the position of president of Bell Media Quebec. Based in Montreal, she will manage programming, production, and scheduling for Bell Media's French-language television properties. Moses was most recently president of out-of-home media company Astral. She was also vice-president of Bell Media sales in Quebec. Outgoing president Gerry Frappier remain a special advisor to the company until his retirement in March.
