Transat Tours continues Style Jaunt campaign

Toronto-based travel company Transat Tours Canada has begun an initiative in association with Flare magazine promoting travel to Spain. It consists of an online video series depicting two Canadian bloggers visiting Madrid on a fashion shopping trip. The videos will be posted online at <http://www.airtransat.ca/experiencetransat>. The promotion also includes a contest component conducted via Transat's Facebook page. Consumers who enter the contest will receive a subscription to Flare and a chance to win the grand prize of a seven-day trip for two to Madrid.

This is the fourth video in an ongoing series called "Style Jaunt." Previous editions have focused on Lisbon, Portugal and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

"We encourage Canadians to travel in authentic ways and explore the many facets of a destination," said Geneviève LeBrun, vice-president of marketing at Transat. "With this in mind, the Style Jaunt web series is a real source of inspiration for travelers. Madrid is an absolute must when it comes to shopping. In addition to its luxury boutiques, the city abounds with colourful art galleries, lively markets and pleasant little shops that sell emerging European brands and local designer clothing. That’s a win for travel and fashion lovers."
