Susan Murray has moved from group account director at Young & Rubicam to vice-president and people director. Julie Walters has joined Y&R as vice-president and strategic planning director. Most recently she was president of Inter-Link. She has also worked at Ogilvy & Mather and Leo Burnett. Ted Boyd is now at Y&R as new media technologies director. Previously he was interactive services director at ACNielsen Canada
...Joe Szabo and Elise Weingarten have joined Broughton Communications Group as senior creative directors. Szabo was most recently copywriter and co-creative director at Ammirati & Puris/Lintas' Budapest, Hungary office. Weingarten was creative director at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in Budapest. Jenny Carvell has been promoted from designer to art director at Broughton
...Bill Lower is now at the Wolf Group of Toronto as executive vice-president and creative director. Most recently he was a freelancer. Lower has also worked at J. Walter Thompson of Toronto, Wells Rich Greene of New York and McCann-Erickson's Los Angeles office
