DHX Media shuffles executives

DHX Media of Halifax has appointed Michael Donovan to the position of executive chairman. Dana Landry has been promoted to chief executive officer. Michael Hirsh has been appointed vice-chairman. Steven DeNure remains president and chief operating officer, in addition to head of DHX Television. Joe Tedesco has been appointed senior vice-president and general manager of DHX Television. Keith Abriel has joined the company as chief financial officer.
The company's newly-created DHX Television division will operate its four recently-acquired television channels: Family Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior and the French-lauguage version of Disney Junior.
