Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Coates

Public relations agency Hill&Knowlton Strategies has placed all of its operations in Canada, the United States and Latin America into a single regional structure. Mike Coates, previously chief executive officer of Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada, has been appointed president and CEO of the company's new Americas region. He will be based in New York. Goldy Hyder has been promoted to the position of CEO of H&K Canada, in addition to the position of president.
Hill&Knowlton Strategies has previously instituted a similar regional structure for its Asia Pacific operations and its activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
