Second Harvest hires Bob's Your Uncle

Second Harvest of Toronto has retained Bob's Your Uncle, also based in Toronto, as its agency or record. Second Harvest is a charitable organization that collects donated excess food from restaurants, grocery stores and other sources and delivers it to 215 community agencies in Toronto. Bob's Your Uncle won the account in a request-for-proposals process. The assignment includes brand strategy and communications for the organization, including its annual food event Toronto Tasts and its fundraising initiative Lunch Money Days.

"We loved their passion for food rescue and their experience building fast growing brands," said Tonia Krauser, director of communications at Second Harvest. "We have ambitious objectives at Second Harvest and we really felt Bob's Your Uncle had the strategic skills we needed to take our brand forward."
