NEW HIGH-TECH PR FIRM

Three former Hill & Knowlton executives have formed their own PR firm. Called High Road Communications, the agency specializes in the North American advanced technology and telecommunications sector. High Road is headquartered in Ottawa and has offices in Toronto. The partners in the agency are Rick Doyon, Mia Pearson and Cathy Browne. Doyon was former vice-president and advanced technology practice director at H&K. Pearson is heading up High Road's Toronto office. She was an account director at H&K. Brown was also an account director at H&K. To strengthen High Road's North American capabilities the agency has formed a working partnership with Mar*Com Group of Austin, Texas.
