VINCOR BUYS OUT LONDON WINERY

Vincor International Inc. of Mississauga, Ont., makers of wines, coolers and ciders, has bought London, Ontario's London Winery Ltd. for approximately $9.5 million. London, the fourth-largest wine company in Ontario, has annual sales of $9 million. Vincor already produces such well-known brands as Iniskillin, Sawmill Creek and Entre-Lacs, as well as Canada Coolers. Its advertising is handled by Bozell Palmer Bonner of Toronto.
