Parta Dialogue buys Nuts

Montreal-based social media agency Parta Dialogue has entered into an agreement to acquire Nuts, a digital agency based in Mexico. The deal is worth approximately $ 1.2 million and consists of 85% in Parta shares and 15% in cash. "This acquisition, is part of our growth strategy, aiming to accelerate the penetration of our offering, specifically our unique eValue Social Media ROI Suite, in rapid growth markets such as Mexico," said Paul Allard, CEO of Parta Dialogue. The Nuts client list includes Chrysler, Pavoni and Cuauhtemoc.
