Brand Momentum buys Ten81 Lifestyle

Brand Momentum of Mississauga has acquired Ten81 Lifestyle, a "lifestyle marketing" and digital agency based in Toronto, for an undisclosed sum. Its services include brand development, "inspirational aspirational" marketing, digital and social media development, experiential activities, sponsorships and property development. Ten81 Lifestyle will continue operating as a separate agency. "We see great synergies in acquiring Ten81, including the opportunity to help Ten81 become a global player," said Hesham Shafie, president and CEO of Brand Momentum. "There is a clear shift towards authentic and meaningful lifestyle and digital marketing and the connections that can be made through innovative approaches to build enduring relationships between brands and consumers."
