Parta Dialogue buys M Thirty Communications

Montreal-based Parta Dialogue, which specializes in social campaign optimization, has entered into an agreement to acquire M Thirty Communications, a Toronto firm specializing in social media and the distribution of branded content. The purchase is valued at approximately $1.7 million, to be paid in Parta shares, and remains subject to regulatory approval. M Thirty founder Edmund King will join the Parta board of directors. Parta's clients include Renault, Orange, Michelin, Hydro-Québec, Iusacell, Dassault Systems, Nestlé Waters and Crédit Agricole.
