Astral Media has signed-on as the media sponsor of the Montreal-based Fondation Martin-Matte for the broadcast of its first public awareness campaign. The ads will run on Astral television, radio, out-of-home and online properties in Quebec. The campaign, developed by Bos and featuring comedian Martin Matte, encourages caution while driving or playing sports. "As Martin has often said on stage, living with head trauma is extremely difficult for both victims and their families," said Jacques Parisien, executive vice-president and COO at Astral. "Astral is very happy to pursue its commitment to the Fondation Martin-Matte, leveraging our platforms and multiple media properties to raise awareness among millions of Quebecers about the foundation's cause and the importance of using caution." The Fondation Martin-Matte works to improve quality of life for children and adults with head trauma or a physical disability.
