Hill & Knowlton adds two

Hill & Knowlton Canada of Toronto has appointed Terra Rebick to the position of vice-president in its corporate communications division and general counsel. Rebick previously practiced corporate and commercial law at Bennett Jones and Torys. Whitney Binns has joined the agency's health and pharmaceuticals division as an account director. She has previously worked at MSL Canada, Edelman Public Relations and the Canadian Diabetes Association.
