Montreal-based Desjardins Group has signed-on as a sponsor of approximately 60 bicycling events and activities that will take place in Quebec and Ontario in 2011. Desjardins has formed agreements with various organizations, including Vélo Québec and the Montreal Bike Fest, to sponsor professional competitions in Quebec City, Montreal, Sutton and Mont Ste-Anne, as well as a number of amateur competitions. In addition, Bixi rental bicycles will display the company's colours in Montreal and Toronto.
