Sponsorship roundup
By Adnews Staff
Specialty television channel Bravo has formed an agreement with the Canadian Art Foundation making it the exclusive broadcast sponsor of Canadian Art magazine for one year. The agreement includes the production of a quarterly television program called Bravo to Canadian Art that will air in parallel with the publication of the magazine. The program will provide a behind-the-scenes view of the Canadian art world. Bravo has also become the exclusive television sponsor of several other Canadian Art Foundation initiatives, including the Canadian Art Screens film festival and the Art Talks series. "It's great to have Bravo covering Canadian Art's 2010 issues so closely," said magazine editor Richard Rhodes. "Their video footage and reportage adds a whole new dimension to our editorial coverage. It brings artists and their works to even wider audiences and gives people an inside view of the work that goes into making the magazine." Bravo is owned by CTV.
