Swiss Chalet begins Dip 'n Win promotion

Restaurant chain Swiss Chalet has begun a contest promotion called "Dip 'n Win." During the initiative, which will run until June 27, customers will be able to prizes via specially-marked containers of the chain's dipping sauce. Prizes include cars from Mazda, laptops from Dell, vacations and other merchandise. "Canadians are passionate about Swiss Chalet's famous Chalet Sauce," said Dave Minnett, president of Swiss Chalet. "Dip 'n Win is a great way for us to bring that passion to life with an engaging promotion that guests can get excited about, much like the anticipation we see each year for our iconic Festive Special." The contest is being promoted with national television and radio advertising developed by BBDO. The campaign also includes point-of-purchase materials, email communications and a contest website at <http://www.dipnwin.com>, as well as social media activities managed by Thindata 1:1 and public relations support from Edelman. Swiss Chalet, a division of Cara Operations, has 195 locations nationally.
