Apex promotes two, adds one

Apex Public Relations of Toronto has promoted Leanne James to the position of senior vice-president of human resources. She joined the company in 2002. Tanya Elliott-Briden has been promoted from account director to vice-president. Lauren Baswick has joined the agency as a senior consultant in its consumer practice. She was previously an account supervisor at MS&L.
