Apex Public Relations promotes two

Apex Public Relations of Toronto has promoted Lauren Baswick to the position of account manager. She joined the agency's consumer practice in 2010. Brock Penner has been promoted to the position of senior consultant. He joined the firm in 2007 and works on accounts in the technology, consumer and corporate practices.
