Adbloc Media adds three

Toronto-based out-of-home company Adbloc Media has hired Shane Foran as director of national accounts. Alex Berube has been hired as manager of brand development. In addition, Andy Querin, former president and COO of Zoom Media, has signed-on with the company in an advisory capacity.
