Out-of-home media company Titan has appointed Andy Querin to the position of vice-president and director of national sales in Canada. From 2006 to 2010, Querin was president and chief operating officer of Zoom Media. Prior to that, he was national marketing manager at CBC Television. Most recently he has been working as a consultant.
