Astral Media Radio to offer loyalty points to advertisers

Astral Media Radio has signed an exclusive agreement with loyalty program Aeroplan. Under the terms of the agreement, clients who purchase advertising airtime or web space on Astral's radio stations or online properties will receive loyalty points from Aeroplan. Astral operates 83 radio stations in 45 markets nationally. "This partnership allows Aeroplan to broaden the scope of our program to provide companies including smaller and medium size businesses in local communities across the country with the opportunity to earn Aeroplan Miles when they advertise," said Steve Allmen, vice-president of business development at Aeroplan. Elevate Incentives will operate and manage the communications, execution and delivery of the program.
