Hill & Knowlton promotes two

Hill & Knowlton Canada of Toronto has appointed Boyd Neil to the newly-created position of national digital practice director. He will also remain national director of the corporate communications practice. Brendan Hodgson has been promoted to the position of senior vice-president for North American digital corporate and public affairs. He was most recently vice-president of the agency's Canadian digital communications group.
