Neil appointed to International Public Relations Association

Boyd Neil has been appointed the Canadian representative to the International Public Relations Association council for a two-year term beginning on Jan. 1. Hel will work to develop and promote the association and its activities in Canada. Neil is the corporate communications practice leader at Hill & Knowlton Canada of Toronto. The position was previously held by Nick Douloff and David Turnbull.
