New marketing vice-president at Intelex Technologies

Intelex Technologies of Toronto has hired John Phyper as executive vice-president of sales, marketing and alliances. He was previously chief strategy officer and chief operating officer at Atrion International. Phyper also founded Environmental Software Associated and management consulting firm Phyper & Associates. Intelex specializes in environment, quality, health and safety and business management systems.
