The Toronto-based National Advertising Benevolent Society has given its Paul Mulvihill Humanitarian Award for 2009 to Chris Carder, president and co-founder of ThinData. The award is presented annually to recognize people in the communications industry who have performed volunteer services with charities or community organizations in Canada. Carder was recognized for his volunteer contributions to several charitable groups, including the White Ribbon Campaign to eliminate violence against women and children.
