Indigo hires ThinData

Indigo Books & Music has hired Toronto-based ThinData to handle its email marketing activities. According to the company, Indigo retained ThinData after a search of North American email service providers. "We will work closely with Indigo to create new opportunities and identify efficiencies as well as a culture that values superior customer service," said ThinData CEO Chris Carder. "We are ready to help Indigo strengthen their understanding of customers, integrate online and offline data and provide an exceptional experience for their customers."
