Bosch conducts Green Wallet Drop promotion

Home appliance company Bosch has begun a street-level promotion called the "Different Kind of Green Wallet Drop Program." For the past week, green wallets have been left in various high-traffic areas in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. The wallets contain a discount card from clothing retailer Roots, a home energy audit card from EnWise Power Solutions and information on Bosch's new line of Energy Star-qualified products. The wallets also promote an online contest called "Win a Green Machine," which is located at <http://www.bosch-appliances.ca>.The campaign was created by DDB Public Relations. "The Different Kind of Green Wallet Drop program will make an impact in the targeted cities because of the way it introduces the Bosch brand to Canadians," said Martine Lévy, managing director of the agency. "It's a subtle approach with an important message about saving the environment, saving water and energy, as well as saving the Bosch consumer money in the long run."
