Greater Montreal Real Estate Board begins happiness campaign

The Greater Montreal Real Estate Board began a new ad campaign this week, developed by LXB Communication Marketing. The campaign consists of television, radio, newspaper and online advertising. The creative features people laughing, representing the happiness that comes from doing business with a real estate agent. "Creatively speaking, we counted on the contagious and visceral effect of laughing and the facial expressions caused by it," said Pier Lalonde of LXB. "Imagine 30 seconds of people roaring with laughter, each with their own style, personality and sound. By simplifying the proposition, we ensure an immediate and easily recognizable impact in the televisual world. Our goal is that viewers experience that same feeling of happiness and well being."
