Canadian Heritage hires Publicis for Quebec City campaign

The Ministry of Canadian Heritage has retained Publicis Montreal to handle communications and promotions for the 400th anniversary of Quebec City, which will take place in 2008. The ministry intends to "make this historic event of major importance a highlight here at home, and around the world." The agency will develop all communications tools and promotional materials for the campaign, which will encourage Canadians nationally to participate in the festivities.
