Videotron promotes Foisy

Montreal-based Videotron has promoted Claude Foisy to the newly-created position of vice-president of brand management and content. He will work to strengthen the company’s brand and will oversee content management for digital television, video on demand, the Web and cell phones. Prior to joining Videotron, Foisy managed promotional and sponsorship activities at Marketel. He has also worked at Rogers Wireless and Bell Mobility. Videotron is a subsidiary of Quebecor Media.
