Videotron promotes new corporate identity

Montreal-based Videotron has adopted a new corporate identity to accompany the launch of its Advanced Wireless Services mobile communications network. The new branding is intended to reflect the technological and entertainment experience of the consumer made possible by the new network. "The new cubic logo and the revamped 'infinite power' signature illustrate the possibilities and the control Videotron places in the hands of customers in the form of a customized consumer experience," said Claude Foisy, brand and content vice-president at Videotron. The new identity is being promoted with television and print advertising developed by Sid Lee. Videotron is a subsidiary of Quebecor Media.
