Kavander, Newbery move to Publicis

Toronto-based Publicis Canada has hired Tim Kavander and Bill Newbery as group creative directors. They will work primarily on the Rogers account, while also participating on other accounts. Kavander and Newbery were previously senior vice-presidents and co-creative directors at Arnold Worldwide. They have also worked at Young & Rubicam, BBDO, Leo Burnett and Lowe Roche.
