Veritas Communications merges with Integrated Healthcare Communications

Veritas Communications of Toronto has merged with Integrated Healthcare Communications, an agency that specializes in healthcare, digital communications and events. Both companies are part of MDC Partners. IHC will become a division of Veritas, but will retain its name. “As well as adding IHC’s pharma and healthcare division, the merger will enable Veritas to launch two new specialty services in 2007, a leading-edge digital division and an adult education and events unit,” said Beverley Hammond, president of Veritas. “IHC also gives us a new graphic and design studio which provides our clients with greater access to valuable services under a single roof.”
