Cooper joins Kwittken

Public relations agency Kwittken has appointed Betsy Cooper to the position of managing director of its Toronto office. Cooper most recently operated her own communications agency in Vancouver. She has also held senior positions at Labatt Breweries of Canada, Harbinger Communications and Thornley Fallis Communications. Kwittken is a subsidiary of MDC Partners.
