Canada Post conducts holiday campaign

Canada Post has hired Capital C of Toronto to conduct a national holiday season marketing campaign. The goal of the program is to demonstrate and raise awareness of Canada Post’s services during the holidays. The campaign consists of print and broadcast advertising, direct mail, a contest, a letter-writing program, online materials, and six wrapped Canada Post vans. ZenithOptimedia will do the media buying, while Porter Novelli will handle public relations. “The campaign Capital C brought to us highlighted all of the connections we have with Canadians during the holiday period,” said Catherine Riggins, director of marketing communications, sponsorship and brand at Canada Post. “It touched on our extensive sending solutions, our special holiday offerings and our important letters to Santa program. This campaign will very much remind Canadians how relevant the post office is, especially during the holidays.”
