American Express retains Endeavour

American Express has appointed Endeavour of Toronto its agency of record for the “Front of the Line” program. This service offers customers advance access to tickets and reserved seats for various entertainment events. The assignment includes strategic direction, design, creative, media planning, direct mail and website design. The agency will also undertake a rebranding of the program. “Our decision to work with Endeavour was based on their thorough insight into the entertainment [sector] and their strong creative and strategic direction,” said Tina Santoro, head of advertising and sponsorships for American Express in Canada.
