UNICEF Canada releases new public service announcements

Toronto-based UNICEF Canada has released new television and radio public service announcements as part of its new “Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF” campaign. The organization has shifted the focus of the campaign from the door-to-door collection of coins by children to the organization of Halloween-themed fundraising events at schools and homes. BBDO of Toronto participated in the development of the new fundraising strategy and produced in-school campaign materials along with the PSAs. The 30-second television ad depicts children in Halloween costumes building a school in Africa.
