Tim Hortons conducts Maple Leafs promotion

Tim Hortons has begun a promotion in the Toronto area tied to the Toronto Maple Leafs. The effort consists of a limited-time menu item calle the Leafs Nation donut, decorated in the colours of the team. The donut is being sold in approximately 300 Tim Hortons locations in the Greater Toronto Area. In addition, the company will conduct a sampling initiative aimed at consumers who visit Maple Leaf Square during playoff games to attend the Maple Leafs Tailgate event.
“Our whole city is rallying behind the Maple Leafs so it's incredibly exciting to be offering the limited-edition Leafs Nation donut for fans to celebrate and cheer their team on with,” said Hope Bagozzi, chief marketing officer at Tim Hortons.
