New chief strategy officer at Initiative

Initiative of Toronto has appointed Sammy Rifai to the position of chief strategy officer. He was most recently a group strategy director at One Twenty Three West. Prior to that Rifai was a senior strategist at Cossette, a strategy manager at MEC and a communication planner at Carat.
