Moosehead hires Conflict

Moosehead Breweries has retained Toronto-based Conflict as its creative agency of record. The assignment includes the development of campaigns for brands including Moosehead Lager, Moosehead Radler, Cracked Canoe and James Ready. The agency's first campaign for the company is expected to begin in the spring.

"We were instantly impressed by Conflict’s unique approach to brand storytelling, their thoughtful strategic process and their deep understanding of our brand," said Trevor Grant, vice-president of sales and marketing at Moosehead. "Moosehead is a unique company, rooted in rich history, strong values and deep passion, and we're excited to work with Conflict to bring our story to life."

In related news, Conflict has hired Leonardo Gonzalez and Charles Likely, as a senior art director and a senior copywriter respectively, as well as Angelica Bennett as a project director, to work on the account.
