Scotiabank begins Goals for Goals promotion

Scotiabank of Toronto has begun an Ontario promotion called “Goals for Goals” in association with Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment. According to the company, the initiative is intended to help fans of the Toronto Maple Leafs reach their financial goals. During the promotion, for each goal scored by the Leafs this hockey season, randomly-selected winner will receive $1,000 in a non-registered Scotiabank account. Consumers can enter online at <> or via the Leafs mobile application. The promotion will run until the end of the hockey season.

“Scotiabank is known for putting our customers first and for being Canada's hockey bank,” said Laura Curtis Ferrera, chief marketing officer at Scotiabank. “The ‘Goals for Goals’ program brings together our commitment in both of these areas, to help fans achieve their financial goals faster, while cheering on the home team.”
